Pricing Changes:
As of December 1st, we have updated our pricing for the 2025 Financial year. Due to the new booking platform, we held off our annual price increase. Thanks for your understanding. This includes changes in our loyalty programs.

About pricing:
The prices you see are our best estimates to help you plan. We'll always confirm the exact cost with you, either when we chat on the phone or during your consultation before we start. No surprises, we promise! 

Deposits & Cancellation:
For certain services, we ask for a small deposit to secure your appointment. You're welcome to use it towards your service on the day, or we can keep it on file for your next visit. It's completely up to you!

We ask that any cancellations are communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations requested outside these time frames may be subject to a cancellation fee or deduction from your held deposit. We understand that things happen, and will handle each cancellation on a case by case basis.
